'I had the pleasure of interviewing one of my friends and fellow competition prep coach, Terrance Williams! I heard about Terrance many years ago competiting against a few of his competitors in 2013 - 2014 with NPC. One thing I can say about Terrance, is when he sees potential in competitors he really puts his attention and time into them. We eventually met a couple years later and ended up great, long-term friends even though I left the NPC and got my Pro Cards with WNBF. He has a great resume in transforming bodies and creating champions within the NPC/IFBB federation. He also cares about the general overall health of his competitors and regular personal training clients! Which is very rare in the NPC/IFBB federation.
