'I\'m currently doing a 4 Week Jump Rope Challenge presented by Zen Dude Fitness & Crossrope.  Today is Week 3, Day 5.  Today\'s workout consists of 5 rounds of 8 exercises conducted for :30 seconds on and :10 seconds off with 1 minute rest breaks in between rounds.  I\'m also trying to work on my farmer\'s tan for the first time this summer in the backyard.  Next will be to get rid of that gut.  1 Round consists of:  ​1.  Side Squat Taps 2.  Wall Sit 3.  Jump Rope - Front Straddle 4.  Jump - Regular Bounce 5.  Jump Rope - Feet Side To Side 6.  Jump Rope - Run Up and Back 7.  Jump Rope - Clock Lunges 8.  Jump Rope - Side Straddle  Here\'s my 2nd of 5 Rounds.  Have a blessed weekend!'
