'Today\'s 45-minute workout is going to test your physical, mental and emotional strength from this challenge so far. One of the toughest fit test sessions out there will prove how far we\'ve come since the start.   This is F45’s signature benchmark fitness assessment workout, and it\'s called 3-Peat. We are focused on repetition goals where we will have 10 exercises. The timing for today is 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, 1 set of each exercise and 3 laps of the entire sequence. You will be given a target to reach for each exercise. Try to hit the targeted reps within the 45 seconds with GOOD form! If you finish early, you get to rest, if not, keep going until you hit the target. If you do hit the targeted number of reps you get a point. If you miss, then you don’t. The maximum number of points you can get in today\'s workout is 30. The closer you are to getting a perfect the score, the stronger your fitness level is.  I\'ll be using lighter dumbbells today, feel free to choose from the following:  Light - 2/3/4kg  Medium - 10, 12 or 15kg Feel free to use the weights above as a benchmark or do +/- 3kg so that it becomes more suitable for your strength levels.
