'Journey of a Dancer to Fitness Model | Fitness Track Gym'

'\"Hi I am Rutika Parmar and I am 20. I am from Vadodara and my workout in Sama branch of FTG. I have joined the FITNESS TRACK GYM one month ago. This is my first gymming experience. And I am really enjoying it with FTG.  First of all, I wasn\'t knowing the gym at all but when I started, it was really good. It was so new to me. And I felt really amazing  If I do any exercise wrongly, they immediately come and guide me. I don\'t have a personal trainer and I am Following FTG WORKOUT CARD. I don\'t follow the diet plan but I daily have eggs. I do day by day exercise and cardio.  My goal is to have a perfect physique. And my inspiration is my father\'s health enthusiastic nature. I believe that everyone should do exercise regularly because health is first.  When I was in 6th standard, I started dancing and I am still into dancing along with the gym. I manage both on a daily basis.  Many times I felt like I should skip a day, because of tiredness. But I used to get motivated on my own because I think it will be cheating on your own fitness.  To all the beginners it\'s my advice that you should never skip a day. And you should motivate yourself. If sometimes you will feel tired; but never give up. When you spend more time with the gym, you\'ll be more attracted to it.\"'
