'3-Minute Step. This fitness activity tests the cardiovascular endurance on how an individual sustain a physical activity for a prolonged period of time.  Push-up. A fitness test also called as the press-up test. Basic Plank. A simple and effective bodyweight exercise to develop muscular endurance and strength that doesn’t require any equipment and can be performed anytime anywhere.  Zipper Test. This activity evaluates the flexibility of arms and shoulders’ joints.  Sit-and-Reach. This test is to measure the low back flexibility and hamstring muscles. Juggling. A test of coordination where both hands hold two objects i.e paper, plastic balls, and the like; with the same weight to continuously toss on the air with one hand and catch repeatedly with the other hand.  Hexagon agility test. A simple test of agility that involves quick jumping in and out from the hexagon shape.  40-Meter Sprint. This is a good and effective test to evaluate the speed and strength of an individual. Standing long jump. A test to assess the explosive power of lower-limb. This is performed by standing at the starting line to jump forward as far as possible.  Stork balance stand test. This activity aims to test balance. To complete this fitness test, the person has to stand on one leg (right or left) for as long as he/she can hold it.  Stick drop test. This test determines the reaction time of a person to respond from the dropping object by measuring how far the object falls before being caught using the known properties of gravity.'
