'Women who compete in pageants can run a country, ask this mother of two who works in the cooperate world and at 61 she took home the fitness award beating 50 other younger contestants and emerging top 15. Meaning she really impressed the judges as well. Judges interviews are the most critical segment in a beauty pageant, they carry 50 points of the whole pageant. It\'s at the judges interview that contestants interview for the Job of the title holder. Contestants pay tons of money to pageant coaches to coach them on how to do well at interview.  My podcast gives these contestants the rare opportunity to do their judges interview again by sharing with the world what their platforms are and what they are are doing in their communities through their platform.  I had the pleasure of interviewing Sylvia Waller right after she competed in las Vegas last week of March 2020. As her contestant coordinator I had only good things to say about her performance.
