'Here\'s a quick body weight only workout that you can do anywhere. You\'ll be performing 10 exercises repeating twice for a 20 minute workout. Depending on your current fitness level you will either do 30 seconds of an exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest or you can progress it to 40 seconds of exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest.
