'Join me for a 10 minute standing barre workout to tone the legs, booty, and hips as well as the arms and shoulders. With a mix of barre moves and ballet arms you\'ll get both an upper and lower body workout as well as great core work in this short and effective routine. Channel your inner dancer for a lovely session that\'ll make you feel as elegant as a ballerina whilst knowing and feeling you\'ve had a great workout.
