'Feel great with this full body toning and strengthening barre workout. These exercises are all low impact and designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles. You will need a chair to serve as your \"barre\" or base of support.  Also grab some light hand weights or dumbbells. I\'m using 3 pounds in this workout. Any weight between 1-5 would serve as good resistance. You can also use a few water bottles or canned goods. We will complete this workout on the mat or floor with some abdominal exercises and some well deserved stretches. Thanks for working out with me!
