This is a practice that is intended to create a community that is supportive for all body shapes, sizes, color, gender, abilities, and beyond. BPF is not focused on the numbers but encourages what actually motivates you and makes you feel good. This discussion will help you look for how to motivate yourself with your health in mind, and will help you avoid falling into guilt traps.
