'5 MIN CORE WORKOUT - Get a Flat Stomach | 7 Day Ab Challenge'

'Welcome to day one of my 7 day ab challenge! This challenge is designed to get you working your entire core. This includes upper, middle, lower abdominals and your obliques. This workout is a 5 minute ab workout focusing on your entire core. You will not \"get abs in 7 days\" from doing 7 workouts alone, however f you pair these workouts with a healthy balanced diet and stay CONSISTENT with both exercise and good nutrition, you can definitely get killer abs and a toned flat stomach.You cannot spot target fat loss, but you can target specific muscle groups to build muscle and strength with will in time change your shape. Pair this with a healthy balanced diet and you will begin to lose fat and see results.  Each workout has 10 exercises that will be performed for 30 seconds each with around 7 seconds break in between, just enough to to get into position for your next exercise.
