'This 30-minute barre express workout has got you covered from head to toe! You can join in without any equipment, but if you have light weights, a looped resistance band, and a bender ball (small Pilates ball), then grab them. Otherwise, you can just use body weight OR use the following items to substitute:  light weights: water bottles or canned foods bender ball : small pillow or child\'s ball  loop band: just go without!  Now, you\'ll notice I\'m decked out in Disney attire and that\'s because this was filmed right before our family Disney trip. I\'m not working out to Disney songs for licensing reasons, but the workout is SO good. Plus, about halfway through, my 5-year-old joins the fun. She is a great coach!
