My training is shifting from a powerlifting focus to a bodybuilding focus, with an emphasis on gaining mass. I still plan to compete in powerlifting this November (IPL Drug Free North American Championships), and I need to gain some weight (currently 201 lbs, competing in the 220 lbs weight class). So I’m focusing on hypertrophy at the moment.  My wife - a former powerlifter and stroke survivor - and I have been training together lately. She has lost 55 lbs and has more to lose, but she wants to build muscle while losing more fat. You’ll see her in prior clips. You can hear her in this one.
