Cut your ham into dices, mix your eggs into a bowl, in a casserole dish spray with oil spray, then add your hashbrowns evenly so the bottom of dish is covered with hashbrowns, then add your beatned eggs, next add your diced ham, top with your shredded cheese and seasonings, bake in oven on 400 for 30-35 minutes. Snack: Hummus & Carrots / Oranges Hummus 2tbsp for 2sp with carrots which is 0sp Oranges are 0sp Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Salad (Makes 5 servings / 1 serving is 1sp ) What you need: - 1 can chicken breast - 1/4 cup hellmans light mayo - 2 tbsp buffalo sauce - diced white onion - salt n pepper for seasonings How to make: 1. Add all your ingridents into a bowl, mix well, add your seasoings, then store in fridge Dinner: Chicken Gravy Made 6 servings 1 serving is 2/3 cups and is 1SP!
