'F45 Playoffs is a fitness test used globally as benchmark to test your body, strength, agility and cardiovascular abilities!   It includes 10 stations and has a timing of 45 seconds on - 15 seconds rest. Even though it is only a 10 minute fitness test let me tell you it is BRUTAL. Each station you have target reps to achieve 100 points per station.   This video compares my Before Challenge Playoffs (Week 1) against my End of Challenge Playoffs (Week 8) for Challenge 24 of the 8 week F45 Challenge!   The 10 Stations are:  1. Rowing  2. Bench Hops  3. Push Up Knee Tuck  4. Lateral Hops  5. Box Jump & Burpee  6. Chin Ups  7. Squat Press  8. Russian Twist  9. Deadball Over the Shoulder  10. Shuttle Sprint & Lateral Hop'
