'Start on top of a step holding one or two DBs. If you are only holding one weight, it is your choice as to which side you hold the weight on, just be consistent from side to side. Step back off the step, but focus on keeping your weight on the step-leg. Lower the back knee as close to the floor as you can comfortably. Push through the front heel and drive back up and bring the back leg on top of the step again. Focus on lightly touching the back foot. Try to keep the nose over the toes to avoid shifting back during the descent. Don’t forget to give the video a thumbs up and don’t be afraid you subscribe to EBM’s channel.
