'Lockdown or not, this no charge lunchtime workout for boobs and arms is very useful.  Round:  Push ups x 10 Push up hold x 30 seconds Clap pushups x 5 Incline push ups x 20 Diamond push ups x 10 Decline push ups x 10 20 seconds rest between exercises  Repeat 4 rounds - 90 seconds rest between rounds Can do two times a week increasing the number of reps.
