'Head Coach Jon Bohrer of CORE Athletic Training teaches kids how to improve hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and reaction time using peripheral vision. Try Hand Stick Drill and Smash Ball to test and improve your skills. Coach Jon uses a broom handle and any colored balls for these drills. Practice each basic drill then progress to the challenge drill. Try to do these drills 3xs a week to see improvement in your athletic skills. Drills are applicable to all sports and help improve in-game performance.
