'Sometimes you just know you are going to have a busy day and no chance to exercise. Wake up 10 minutes early and bust out this quick nine minute workout, Tabata-style to jump start your day! Perform these six exercises utilizing 20/10 timing (20 seconds of high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest). You are going to stack each exercise and repeat for 3 cycles before moving onto the next exercise. The reason behind this is to tax that specific exercise, but you can also do 3 rotations of all 6 if you choose for some variety. We are using the same exercises you are familiar with from our Perfect 10 series for the most efficiency.
