'This is a simple HIIT workout called Tabata. With Tabata you are preforming a high intensity exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, you want to exert a max effort of 10 for those 20 seconds. You will perform 8 rounds like this for a 4 minute Tabata. In this workout we are performing 2 Tabata\'s for 8 minutes total. Each Tabata is broken up into 4 exercises that you will be repeating twice.
