'Football Strength Training Leg Workout'

'http://kbandstraining.com/football-strength-training-leg-workout/  Athletes will need 1-2 Victory Ropes, 3 Speed and Agility Cones, and a partner for the Football Strength Training Leg Workout.   Athletes will place the cones in a straight line, 5 yards apart. Athletes will wrap the Victory Ropes around their waist as their anchoring partner secures both hands, and wrists, in the anchor straps.   Athletes will line up at the starting cone and laterally shuffle to the middle cone. After reaching the middle cone athletes will turn and sprint to the final cone. As athletes reach the final cone their partners will release one end of the Victory Ropes, allow the ropes to swing free and clear of the athlete, as the athlete turns and sprints through the starting cone.
