'House Barre Workout®   This is a 30 minute taster of this class, incorporating Warm Up, Barre Toning & Stretch.  Usually a fun class would be 45 - 60 minutes and would include a Centre piece of Cardio workout.  Instructor Training coming very soon.  Please reach out to me for more details.  HOUSE BARRE Workout has been inspired by modern dance, Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and Functional Fitness.  Fused together to motivating Deep House Beatz and Ibiza Beach Bar tunez!  No matter what time of year it is, it will always be Summer at the House Barre.  It is a combined Body, Mind, dance conditioning class, movements are natural and work in harmony with the body creating elegant and beautiful choreography.    You do not need to be a trained dancer to experience the benefits of dance, the class is arranged so that everyone can hit the barre and take away a clear mind and a beautiful smile!
