'I am finally a certified High Fitness instructor, this process took me 7 months of focus, commitment, hard work and 27 video submissions to achieve my goal.  Along the way I had to open myself up and ask for help from GOD so that I could get rid body and soul of emotional negativity so that I could do a proper squat and pass my video submission.'
