'Welcome to day 7 of my 7 Day Ab Challenge. Today we are doing a 5 minute ab workout designed to help bring out your 11 ab lines and tone your entire core! Follow this ab workout regularly to build six pack abs and get beautiful 11 line abs. This workout is specifically designed with exercises to target your upper abs, lower abs as well as your obliques.This is an intense workout suitable for beginners as well as advanced athletes. This workout is made up of 10 exercises. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with about 7 seconds in between, just enough time to get into position for the next exercise. You cannot spot target fat loss, but you can target specific muscle groups to build muscle and strength with will in time change your shape. You will not \"get abs in 7 days\" from doing 7 workouts alone, however if you pair these workouts with a healthy balanced diet and stay CONSISTENT with both exercise and good nutrition, you can definitely get killer abs and a toned flat stomach.
