'Inspiring story of 30kg Transformation | Personal Training | Fitness Track Gym'

'In 2009 I got to know that I have a hypothyroid. And my weight was continuously gaining. But I ignored that because I thought it\'s a part of body growth. And at the end of my 12th std, I was 105kg. After realization, I started dieting in a very unhealthy way and lost 30kg but after that, I became very weak. I am Sagheer Ahmad Shah 21 a mechanical student. I workout at Vasna branch of FTG since last 2 years & started personal training from the last 6 months. I was very depressed and scared of getting called fat, lazy, Golu, Teddy, Motu etc. And getting teased by my classmates for my obese body was like a nightmare for me. But now my posture is improved, I gained strength and my stamina is increased. My close friend is a gym freak and his healthy lifestyle is my motivation. From starting, my goal was to inspire people and now I have become an inspiration for many. My transformation made my self-confidence and now whenever I think of quitting, I remember why I started. During normal training, I was working out by my own and I was making mistakes and skipping the hard workouts but in personal training, I was trained by an expert trainer who is aware of all the factors affecting my body. Bonding between me and my trainer is very strong that he can observe my body posture completely. He monitors my physique on a daily basis & it helped me a lot. I prefer FTG, because of its types of equipment, cleanliness, and friendly people in the gym. They have very generous staff and all varieties of exercise equipment.'
