'Grab two DBs and sit tall on a flat bench. Sit back and keep your DBs at your side. Press the DBs towards the ceiling. Make sure your glutes and abs are engaged. If you are using blocky DBs, you can keep them pressed together, otherwise hold the DBs close together. You do not need much weight to get this exercise to work. Lower the DBs over your head (thinking biceps to ears) and pullover to chest. Repeat for reps. Note: You can also use a single DB, held with a diamond grip. via YouTube Capture'
