'Maintain a tall kneeling position throughout the movement. Do not sit back on your heels.   Grab a DB in each hand.  Keep your abs braced throughout the movement. Keep the arms straight and focus on just bending and straightening the elbows.   Lower the weights down under control and focus on squeezing your triceps to lift the weight up.
