'This is my little over 4 year all natural transformation video from the age 17 to my current age of 21. Already had been training for about 6-7 months when I was 17, but that was very poor and nothing really consistent. It all got more serious when I hit 17 yo, and this is when this video start. The first pictures you see in this vid is when I just hit 17. After this, I have been bulking and cutting back and forth three times. I diddnt really incorporate the main big lifts (Deadlift, quats, Overheadpress, Pullups etc.) the first couple of years (except bench ofc lol) and I did not have to much knowledge about food, macros, calories ect. I started to learn more about these things later in my second or third year of lifting, and I feel it made my physique go to the next level. I´m looking forward to the next couple of years and will make another transformation vid when the time comes. Hope my transformation will inspire and motivate others. We all start somewhere. Thanks.
