'What\'s up guys! Today\'s video is volleyball preseason strength training and cardio, and a jump workout for volleyball players. Training during the off season is super important, and we need to make sure we\'re hitting the areas we need to improve on, while building full body strength, doing injury prevention work, and building up our cardio and aerobic base. So we\'re starting with jump training for volleyball, working on multidirectional jumping, so lateral jumps, broad jumps, broad to lateral jumps, box jumps, and even jumping out of a 45 degree stance. Not everything in sports is going to be set up with perfect conditions, so we need to be able to perform the necessary movements out of all scenarios. After the jump training for volleyball, we get into full body strength training for volleyball, building lower body strength, upper body strength, and core. This portion also includes some injury prevention training for the lower and upper body for volleyball. And finally, we finish off with some cardio. It\'s more functional cardio that will help build some strength and cardio that\'s more enjoyable than just running, sprints, or going on the treadmill. So if you\'re a volleyball player in preseason and looking for a great workout and to improve your jumping, give this a shot.
