'This was an absolute killer but I really wanted to challenge myself to something and feel amazing after! I did it in just under 32 minutes - what time will you be able to get?   Below is the workout for you to give it a go (I did two rounds of it to make up the 3000 reps): squat punches: 200 toe reaches: 50 mountain climbers: 100 reverse lunges: 50 in & outs: 50 sumo squats: 30 bicycle crunches: 100 squat pulses: 100 leg raises: 30 arm circles: 100 ab hold with arm pulses: 100 hip dips: 50 star jumps: 100 tricep dip pulses: 50 knee push ups: 30 high knees: 100 plank reaches: 50 russian twist: 60 shoulder taps: 50 glute bridge: 100  Disclaimer: Please be advised that this workout is only recommended for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
