'Health-Related Test:  The Mile Run • The one-mile health-related test will enable the processes and information on individuals particular aerobic capacity.  • The mile run time is taken and recorded in minutes and seconds.  Equipment and Scoring • For equipment, all that is needed is a stopwatch or some kind of timing device and a start and stop place or cone or mark • One-Mile/Walk Run (Min: Seconds) Chart Requirements below:    Objective • The goal of the test is to run or walk a 1-mile distance in a time that’s as short as possible. • The main goal is to finish the whole mile without walking and within a certain time frame in order to be at a health aerobic fitness level.  Test Instruction • The participant running the one-mile running test will start when the instructor says Go, “Ready…Set…Go!”. At the end of the test, the instructor will evaluate your time using the scoring chart above and give you a score of either outstanding, excellent, good, or satisfactory.    Skill Related Test:  Reaction Time Test • The reaction time test will enable for individuals to improve their reflexes in timing and also quality.  • It is recorded by the number of balls caught within a certain number of attempts.  Equipment and Scoring • The equipment needed for this reaction time test are 2 tennis balls  • Scoring the test is by the quantity of how many balls are caught. • 70% of the balls need to be caught. Test Instruction • The participant will swing their arms in the front of them to catch the ball as soon as the ball or balls are released from the other participant\'s hands.'
