'GT Fitness in Uttoxeter (http://www.gtfit.co.uk/) demonstrates how to safely perform the Medicine ball clean. In our previous video, we showed you how to master the thruster movement (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtRO3o1_bwE&list=PLnw9wDebhMZktMztn395YMO0_diKATBgy&index=23). Here are the key points to focus on when performing the Medicine ball clean during your CrossFit classes: - Place the feet just outside the middle of the ball. - With a flat back, straight arms and fingers pointed down, use the palms to grip the sides of the ball. - Driving through the legs, stand, extending the hips and shrugging the shoulders. - Pull the body down into a squat, whilst releasing and rotating the hands. - Re-catch the ball in the bottom of the squat with elbows under wrists, ball in front of face. - Stand to extension.
