A: Mine stay fine for up to 5-6 days.    Q: How do I reheat the meals?  A: Most of the time I reheat the meals in the microwave. Sometimes I reheat them on the stove though with extra virgin olive oil, it will bring flavor back to the meal. But it will also add more calories when adding additional extra virgin olive oil, something to keep in mind.   Q: How do I store the meals?  A: I store all my meals in the fridge, I don\'t freeze any of them. If you would like to freeze some of them you can but I think they taste weird after they are frozen and reheated.
