'Today\'s HIIT Barre workout includes a series of barre exercises designed to give you a full body workout from home! Focus on keeping your toes pointed and core engaged and be prepared to break a sweat! No weights are needed but we will use a chair for balance. You could always use a stair railing, kitchen counter top or other stable surface. Let\'s hit the Barre team!
