'Hello everyone!! Namaste.  Today we had kids yoga exercises to keep them active and healthy.  We started with some cardio vascular exercises like catch and the ball, dog and ball. Physical activity plays an essential role in fitness at all ages, including childhood. It helps them to make their bones stronger, strength in muscles, improves flexibility, more energy and even better concentration at school. Children between the ages of 6 to 17 years should get at least 60mins of exercise a day.   In this video, we have games, some fun filled game, memory yoga poses game, easy to do exercises that could motivate your child to get out of that couch bad exercise each day.
