'Barreless Ballet Barre HIIT WORKOUT | Full Body Workout at Home'

'Welcome back to a brand new 25Min Ballet HIIT Workout for you at home. This full body workout targets especially your legs, glutes and abs. With the help of various strengthening and cardio exercises we can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. In each block we do two different exercises of 45 seconds each. Afterwards, there is a super set of these two exercises before we finish the block with a cardio exercise. I promise you, you will really start sweating. I hope you like it :)   As always, we start the workout with a warm up, followed by a ballet barre workout choreographed by me. To stretch our muscles, we end the workout with a stretching.  My workouts are ideal for doing at home to join in. No matter if beginner, advanced or professional, thanks to the different levels of difficulty there is something for everyone. Let\'s strengthen and tighten our muscles together and work on a nice, upright posture. Thank you for your time
