In this quick, easy upper body at home workout video you’ll leave feeling your arms, abs and core and the good news is that it all takes less than 10 minutes, so even if you’re busy you can fit this in. You can do this workout with no equipment OR you can grab a bottle of water, tin of beans or other weight to challenge you. I like to do this workout with a 2lbs or 3lbs weight for extra challenge :) Remember to keep pushing yourself and increase the challenge every time you workout so that your body keeps changing.
