'These are some of my favourite barre style exercises to help give you lean legs and toned thighs. All the exercises are aimed to help with slimming down the thighs and creating long, lean muscles. I love this barre pilates fusion home workout because it really lets you feel all the muscles in the legs working and gives a really great barre burn in a short amount of time.
