'Step ups (DBs) - EBM Fitness Solutions'

'Step up and make sure the entire foot is on the step. You want to be able to push through the heel so do not leave the heel hanging off the back of the step.   Lean forward once the foot is on top of the step and focus on pushing through the heels and hips.   Step up with one foot and just tap the back foot on the step before bringing back down again. Once both feet are on the ground, step up with the other foot. So, step up with the R, touch the L then bring the L back down then the R back down. L up. Tap the R then bring the R back down and the L. Don’t forget to give the video a thumbs up and don’t be afraid you subscribe to EBM’s channel.
