'Outside the nostalgia, this really is a solid beginner/intermediate workout. I\'ve done it far too many times with the poor quality uploads on YouTube, so this one should be a little improvement. It\'s ripped from a grainy VHS, so still a far cry from modern HD, just with slightly less blurry pixelation.'
