'Health is the greatest wealth;  That\'s what the wise men have said;  All achievements, all goals can be grabbed,  If one maintains fitness through yogic breath.  Work, play, exercise, and nutrition keep you fit;  Agility, alacrity, and smart activities make you super-hit;  Without health you fall into the deep pit  Of diseases and ailments; if you care a bit  About your health, then work out with grit.  Fast-food, TV, smart-phones are the greatest banes  To one\'s health and inflict enormous pains,  And physically, mentally,  and emotionally drain the brain.  So , there is one advice to one and all,  Keep your health above all;  Otherwise you won\'t be able to enjoy  Life; Take care, I bid you all bye.   Under the guidance of  Capt.
