This Transformation took quite some time for me to achieve as I didn’t want to starve off hunger nor I wanted to overeat, neither I wanted to get skinny nor too bulky. So the question was how do I give myself a Transformation. Well, the idea was simple I had to change my old pattern, time table & Poor Habits with a different REGIMEN. And trust me it was not easy at all as you have to fight argue and negotiate with non-other than yourself and that’s the hardest part. So the First thing first to start from is... MEDITATE DAILY for 30 mins Meditation helps you understand yourself your needs your body and your thoughts. Now comes the workout part as I said I didn’t want to lose weight but gain muscle I had to have a different workout plan. So as I understood the demands of my body I changed my diet accordingly and my workout plan. Also had a couple of Injuries during this period due to impatience attitude. 1. 1.5 cms shoulder tear with 2.5 cms cysts took me 2 months to recover from that injury. 2. AC Joint Injury 3. Tennis elbow both hands 4. Golfer’s elbow 5. Lately Lower Back Injury After every injury there comes a disappointment that now all our efforts would go to vain and you would lose everything u worked for but there also comes a FIRE
