'This is a Navy Seal inspired Home Fitness Workout. Please consult a doctor before doing these exercises. I am showing you one of my workouts, I\'m not a personal trainer, I practice martial arts since high school on and off and taught it in the past. I\'m actually a film maker interested in fitness and have been since my late teens. My knowledge in this field is taken from various sources on the internet for the past few years. This exercise is intense and will work your core, lats, shoulders, legs, butt and chest. It is also a cardio workout. Feel free to get a sip of water during the workout or take a break when you feel nauseous, but don\'t let your muscle rest too long, instead lower the number of reps. Don\'t give up no matter what.'
