'Barre workouts are my favorite. They\'re super-energizing whole-body workouts that are great for everyone from beginners to pros. In this at-home barre workout, we\'ll use consistent sharp breaths to keep our cores tight and micro-movements to help fatigue, tone, and elongate our muscles. These exercises are no-noise and apartment-friendly. You\'re welcome, your neighbors. This routine is 45-minute long and contains proper warm-up and cool down sets. Feel free to use a chair (or something sturdy) for support and light weights if you need them.
