'INTERVAL WORKOUT HIIT WORKOUT BARRE WORKOUT - BARLATES BODY BLITZ HIIT Barre workout'

'Welcome to the HIIT Series. These workouts use intervals of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to increase your heart rate and let it recover just enough to keep you in the fat burning zone. In this series you will see more cardio focused workouts, as well as some strength based mat workouts to challenge your body in all different ways.   You can mix and match the workouts to create a total body routine or use them individually depending on your preference and schedule.   In HIIT Barre Workout you will see all your favourite barre moves such as wide plie squats, parallel and turned out barre squats and tucks as well as glute and side leg raises with some oblique work thrown in. All the moves are compound moves engaging both the upper and lower body with light hand weights to increase the intensity. It\'s 25 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!
