'His & Hers Health & Fitness 21 Day Blast Workout 1'

'Workout 1 of 9 in the 21 Day Blast  This is a quick 20 minute HIIT Workout you can do from home with one set of dumbbells.  These are full body workouts that you can do over a 21 day cycle for when you are extremely busy so you don\'t make any excuses to skip your training!  You will superset two exercises for 30 seconds each followed by a 30 second rest. Repeat this for 3 rounds changing up grip, style, etc. each time to hit different angle.  You will perform 4 of these giant sets and be done before you even know it!  Be sure to warm up before starting.  You can add a finisher at the end for a complete workout.
