'How To Cook In Bulk: Meal Prep'

'In this video I demonstrate how you can easily meal prep Rice, Broccoli, Ground Beef, Ground Turkey, and Chicken Breasts for a week. This video is meant to be more of a tutorial style video where you will see how each item is prepared in a little more depth than normal, which I hope is helpful. All of the detailed cooking instructions can be found below. Rice: - Put 5 Cups of Rice into rice cooker (if yours can hold that much, if not go with less.) - Add 10 Cups of water. - Turn the rice cooker on and let it cook. Usually takes about 40 - 45 minutes. Broccoli: - In a strainer rinse 5 lbs. of Broccoli Crowns - Cut Broccoli into tiny pieces. - Place in tin baking pan or on a cookie sheet, either would work. - Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper. - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. - Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Ground Beef and Ground Turkey: - Turn burner to medium-high heat. - Add a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a Saute Pan. - Let this heat up for a few minutes, then add your Ground Beef and Ground Turkey. (I had 1lb. 90/10 Ground Beef, 1 lb. 93/7 Ground Turkey, and 1 lb. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey) - Add seasonings, I added FlavorGod Everything, Salt, and Pepper. - Place a lid on it and let it cook until there is no pink. Depending on the size of your Saute Pan you will most likely need to mix it around every 5 minutes until it\'s done so it cooks evenly. Chicken Breasts: - Turn burner to medium-high heat. - Add a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a Saute Pan. - While the pan is heating up, trim off any excess fat from the Chicken and cut into 1-2 inch pieces. - Add the Chicken to the Saute Pan. - Add desired seasoning, I used Mrs. Dash Spicy Jalapeno and some Pepper. - Cook Chicken until there is no pink when you cut a piece open. Also the more crowded you make the Saute Pan the longer it will take to cook and the more uneven it may cook. I would suggest only adding enough chicken to cover the bottom of pan. - You will then need to repeat the steps depending on how much Chicken you bought. I cooked up about 3 lbs.
