'I decided the Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge would be a great cross-training opportunity as I prepare for my 10K in the 5/3 River Bank Run. The SEAL challenge consisted of the following: 500 yd swim, 2 min each of push ups and pull ups, pull ups and a 1.5 mile run.
